Sandra has been Selling the Okanagan Lifestyle since 2002. She was born and raised in Kelowna. Licensed Kelowna Realtor since 2002. Sandras' family, a Kelowna family name since 1905, 6 generations of living in the Okanagan. Her father was the co-founder of Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers with his 2 brothers, which started its company here in Kelowna over 60 years ago and today is a public trading company with offices worldwide. Sandra's great grandfather has built heritage distinguished residences in Kelowna back in 1907 that still exist today. She is very proud of her families history in the Okanagan.

Sandra has many years and generations of knowledge from living in the Okanagan.  She has been the Principle Sales Associate for the many successful Real Estate Developments which included Highpointe, Black Mountain Golf Community, Woodland Hills, Hihanna Bench,  Shannon Heights, Island View Villas, The Terraces and the Artisan Developments. She has created a vast data base of clients, buyers and sellers through these developments, residential sales, our family, friends and real estate referrals.

Sandra has finished in the top 2% and top 25 recognition for Western Canada in Real Estate Sales amongst some of her previous real estate associates. Sandra has been the recipient of prestigious Chairmans’ and Platinum Club Award and Hall of Fame Member.
